Street Bandit Helmet
About the original
Simpson Performance Products has manufactured racing helmets in El Monte, California since 1959, supplying NASCAR drivers and drag racers before the Street Bandit brought their motorsport engineering to street riders. The Street Bandit is a DOT-approved full-face helmet built from a fiberglass composite shell with an integrated chin bar, dual D-ring retention, and a removable/washable interior liner. Simpson helmets have been worn at Indianapolis, Daytona, and Le Mans — the box logo version is the same lid.
