Supreme x Sky Bounce Handball
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version

About the original
The Sky Bounce One Wall Handball is a hollow high-bounce rubber ball, roughly 48 mm across, engineered for New York City one-wall handball, stickball, and stoop ball — the dense rubber compound produces the flat, fast bounce the street games rely on. Sky Bounce has supplied handballs since 1979 and is the ball of choice on public courts across the five boroughs and the broader Northeast; the brand sells direct and through the New York Handball Store on Kingsbridge Road. The SS16 Supreme version added a box-logo print to the pink ball and was given away as a free promo with Spring 2016 purchases; the standard pack of two retails for $3.99.
About Sky Bounce
Sky Bounce is an American rubber ball brand produced by the Sky Bounce Ball Co., a manufacturer that has supplied hollow high-bounce rubber balls to New York street players for decades. The balls are roughly 2.5 inches in diameter, sold in pink, blue, green, and orange, and are used in handball, stickball, Chinese handball, and catch. Sky Bounce sits in the same lineage as the Spalding Spaldeen, the pink rubber ball central to mid-century New York playground culture, and remained in steady production after Spalding discontinued the original Spaldeen in 1979. The balls are sold in bulk through hardware stores, toy shops, and sporting goods retailers. Supreme has released co-branded Sky Bounce balls.
