The Supreme x The North Face version, branded Rescue, uses the same carbonic-x cylindrical lens platform with co-branded Supreme, North Face, and Smith marks on the strap and frame, and retailed at $278.
About Smith Optics
Smith Optics is an American eyewear manufacturer founded in 1965 by Dr. Bob Smith in Sun Valley, Idaho. An orthodontist and skier, Smith built the first sealed thermal-lens ski goggle with breathable vent foam at his kitchen table in Utah using dental tools, foam, and glue, and traded early pairs for lift tickets at Alta. By 1970 the company was the largest ski goggle manufacturer in the United States. The line later expanded with the Slider sport sunglasses, V3 goggles in 1995, ski helmets in 2006, and ChromaPop lenses in 2013. Supreme collaborated with Smith Optics on co-branded snow goggles.
