Supreme x Smurfs Skateboard
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version
About the original
The Supreme x Smurfs Skateboard is a seven-ply maple popsicle-shape deck fully dip-printed in Smurf blue, with Peyo's characters running across the top and bottom graphics. The Smurfs (Les Schtroumpfs in the original French) were created by Belgian cartoonist Peyo — pen name of Pierre Culliford — in 1958, first appearing as supporting characters in his Johan et Pirlouit comic strip before spinning off into their own comics, the Hanna-Barbera animated series that ran from 1981, and a string of feature films through the 2010s. The FW20 collab sits in Supreme's long line of licensed-cartoon skate decks, alongside earlier Simpsons, Peanuts, and Beavis and Butt-Head drops, and carries both Supreme and Peyo credits on the wheelbase.
About Smurfs
The Smurfs are a Belgian comics property created in 1958 by cartoonist Pierre Culliford, known as Peyo, in Brussels. The blue, three-apple-tall characters first appeared as supporting cast in the comic strip Johan et Pirlouit before getting their own series, Les Schtroumpfs, published by Dupuis. The property expanded globally through the Hanna-Barbera animated series that aired on NBC from 1981 to 1989, followed by feature films from Sony Pictures Animation beginning in 2011. The franchise is now managed by IMPS, the licensing company founded by Peyo's estate. Supreme has released apparel featuring Smurfs artwork under license.
