Clear Storm White Polyester Bowling Ball
About the original
The Storm Clear Storm is a 12-pound polyester spare ball made by Storm Products in Brigham City, Utah. Storm builds roughly 500,000 bowling balls a year and ships to more than 70 countries, with a product line that runs from entry-level plastic spare balls up to high-performance reactive-resin competition gear. The Clear Storm uses a traditional three-piece core and a 3500-grit polished polyester coverstock, making it a low-hook ball designed for straight shots and spare conversions. The Supreme version embeds a floating box-logo decal beneath the clear polyester shell and comes pre-drilled at 8.5 inches in diameter.
About Storm Products
Storm Products is an American bowling ball manufacturer founded in 1985 by Bill and Barbara Chrisman in Brigham City, Utah. The company began as High Score Products, a chemical operation making U-Clean cleaner for porous urethane bowling balls, and started manufacturing high-performance reactive resin balls in 1991 with help from Keith Orton. Storm renamed itself in 1994 and now operates the Roto Grip and 900 Global lines from its Utah headquarters and main manufacturing facility. Storm balls are known for fragrance-infused coverstocks, a signature trait across the line. Supreme has collaborated with Storm Products on a co-branded bowling ball.
