About the original
The Tetris Keyring Arcade is an officially licensed handheld Tetris game sized as a keychain, with an LCD screen, Marathon and Sprint modes, and the original Tetris sound effects. It is made by Fizz Creations, a UK-based licensed-merchandise manufacturer that produces mini arcade toys for Tetris, Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and other classic game properties. Tetris itself was created by Alexey Pajitnov in 1984 at the Soviet Academy of Sciences' Computing Center; The Tetris Company, founded in 1996, licenses all physical merchandise. The Supreme version adds a rechargeable lithium battery, three translucent colorways (red, clear, blue), and box-logo branding on the bezel.

Fizz Creations is a British novelty-gift company founded in 2010 in Lancing, on the south coast of England near Brighton. The company designs, manufactures, and distributes licensed retro-gaming products, kidult gadgets, and seasonal lighting across UK and European retail. Its catalog includes officially licensed Tetris, PAC-MAN, Galaga, Asteroids, Street Fighter II, and Commando handheld arcades, a Slush Puppie machine that has sold over a million units since its 2017 launch, and Grinch-licensed holiday goods. Supreme collaborated with Fizz Creations on a co-branded Tetris Keyring Arcade and a Supreme-edition slushie machine.
