About the original
Umbro was founded in 1924 in Wilmslow, Cheshire by brothers Harold and Wallace Humphreys as Humphreys Brothers Limited — the name a portmanteau of "Humphreys" and "brothers." The company outfitted both teams at the 1934 FA Cup final, supplied 85% of British football kits by the late 1960s, and dressed Brazil for its 1958 World Cup win and England for its 1966 title. The SS25 Supreme collab is a poly-blend knit soccer jersey with horizontal grosgrain pinstripes across the body and sleeves, a crewneck collar, and embroidered Umbro diamond and Supreme logos at the chest, released at $98 retail in white, black, red and purple.
