About the original

The SOG KeyTron KT1001-CP is a compact keychain folding knife with a 1.8-inch satin-finished 5Cr15MoV clip-point blade, stainless steel handle scales, a lockback mechanism, and an integrated bottle opener, weighing 1.3 ounces closed. A split-ring attachment point at the pommel carries it on a keyring. SOG was founded in 1986 in Lynnwood, Washington by Spencer and Gloria Frazer, taking its name from the MACV-SOG Studies and Observations Group unit whose Vietnam-era fighting knife became SOG's first reproduction product. The company was acquired by GSM Outdoors in 2021. The Supreme FW18 collab added a Supreme logo to the handle and retailed at $30.

About SOG

SOG Specialty Knives is an American knife and multi-tool manufacturer founded in 1986 by Spencer and Gloria Frazer in Santa Monica, California. Frazer, a UCLA-trained designer, launched the company from his apartment with the S1 Bowie, a reproduction of the knife carried by the Military Assistance Command, Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MACV-SOG), the unit the company is named for. SOG's product range covers fixed-blade and folding knives, the PowerLock and PowerAssist multi-tools, and tactical hatchets, sold to military, law enforcement, and outdoor markets. Supreme released a co-branded SOG Trident folding knife for Spring/Summer 2017.
