About the original
The SOG Snippet is a keychain-sized stainless-steel multi-tool built around spring-loaded scissors with a 29-millimeter cutting edge and finger loops, closing to 2.7 inches and weighing two ounces. It integrates a straight-edge blade, nail file, medium flat driver, jewelry driver, bottle opener, tweezers, toothpick, and ruler in addition to the scissors. SOG Specialty Knives & Tools was founded in 1986 in Lynnwood, Washington by Spencer Frazer and initially produced commemorative Bowie knives referencing the MACV-SOG special operations unit of the Vietnam War before expanding into everyday-carry tools and multi-tools. The FW2022 Supreme version is the production Snippet with the box logo etched onto the scale, released with otherwise unchanged hardware.
