Supreme x Toyo Steel T-320 Toolbox
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version
About the original
The Toyo Steel T-320 is a trunk-style toolbox pressed from a single sheet of seamless steel, with a flat lid, a swing-up top handle, and a stackable footprint that requires no welds or rivets. Toyo Steel Co., Ltd. was founded in 1969 in Osaka, Japan and was the first manufacturer to develop deep-draw stamping technology for one-piece steel toolboxes, eliminating sharp edges and water ingress. The precise construction and flat-panel surfaces have made the T-320 a favorite among designers, artists, and stationers well beyond its original tool-storage market. The Supreme FW22 version adds a printed box logo to the lid and retailed at $48.
About Toyo Steel
Toyo Steel is a Japanese metal toolbox manufacturer founded in 1969 and based in Osaka, Japan. The company presses its toolboxes from single sheets of steel, eliminating seams along the body, and finishes them with powder coat in a rotating palette of colors. Its T-190 trunk-shape, Y-350 cantilever, and ST-350 stackable models are designed to nest and lock together. The boxes are sold through hardware dealers in Japan and stationery and design shops abroad, where they are commonly used for art supplies and desk storage. Supreme collaborated with Toyo Steel on co-branded trunk-shape toolboxes.
